Chained Light
This was taken at a Mennonite cemetery. The shadows caught my eye as we drove by and I had to stop and take the shot.

The shadow really are wonderful! I like how they seem to bounce from one post to the next. Very cool. I’m glad you stopped for this!

I know this little building very well, having seen it hundreds of times on my travels into Waterloo. There’s a small cemetery beside it to the left and the grave markers are no bigger than a few inches and completely covered by snow. I’m sure you’ve seen it in the summer. Lovely shot, btw. The snow works well with the paint on the shack and the rope fence (plus shadows) leads the eye right where it needs to go.

Thanks for your comments. The grave markers were just visible in the snow. I don’t often get out to Millbank but the shadows in the snow and the building caught my eye as we drove by so I had to stop and take a few shots.
