The way we use windows in our buildings today has really evolved over the years. The shuttered windows on the Seagram museum are reflected in the all glass wall of the The Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) in downtown Waterloo Ontario.

  1. I like the intelligence employed by the architect in carrying over the colours of the old into the new building. And I can’t remember the last time I saw a batch of single-sided shutters.

    • I guess the single-sided shutters are unique! Here is a link to a previous post I did of another of the Seagram buildings that were turned into Loft apartments. Again – more single-sided shutters.
