Baden Hill Sunset

Baden Hill is the highest elevation in Southwestern Ontario and after walking to the top of it you know it must be true. Needless to say the view is spectacular. This was taken a few evenings ago looking south west. The sun had gone down behind some cloud cover to the west but left a remnant of colour to the south west that was beautiful.

  1. Do you find it easy to get permission to hike on people’s farmlands to get such great landscape shots?

  2. I often can get farm shots from the road but this was taken from the top of a hill with a communications tower. Technically out of bounds be it is not fenced and and access is easy except for the steep climb up the road to the top.

Spent lots of time atop that hill Neil, during my days at the station. But you didn’t get any of the tower on your shots? Give us a ants eye view of the tower maybe. šŸ™‚ CTV, well Bell media owns the tower, but rents out space on it to others. CTV TV, Kool Fm antennae are highest, next down are Chym’s.
